 Open Positions  How to Apply

[New] Arf is looking for qualitative research experts for the project called "Assessment of Social Services Provided to the Elderly". You may send your CV to ik@a-r-f.co.uk.

This research aims to determine the conditions of the beneficiaries (the elderly) who are provided with care services, their families, the applicants and their families. This research shall introduce the needs of the elderly and their families and elderly people waiting to be settled to an institution.


International Short Term Experts

The team leader and LT experts will be assisted by a number of short term experts and trainers from EU or candidate countries qualified and able to provide advice and assistance in the following domains:

- Local and regional economic development, 

- Partnership building, 

- EU procurement rules with particular reference to grant scheme,

- Project Cycle, Management and logical framework, 

- Environmental Impact Assessment, 

- Cost Benefit Analysis, 

- Feasibility Studies, 

- Financial Management of Projects, 

- Awareness campaigns and promotion activities, 

- Information and communication technologies, 

- SME support schemes, 

- Small scale infrastructure planning and implementation.

 

All experts in this category will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a university degree in the relevant field. (Ref.: UF01-NUTS). Click for Details.


Local Short Term Experts

In order to build as much as possible on local consulting and training capacity, short term experts (including experts from universities) from Turkey will also be needed. Arf  will hire Turkish experts of adequate skills, to ensure the right mix of international and local staff in the project team.

Special attention should be paid that these experts are not associated in any manner with the national (central or regional) structures implementing the grant schemes or any potential beneficiaries. Following the General Conditions for Service Contracts Financed by the EC, civil servants and other staff of the public administration of Turkey are excluded from recruitment as experts.
